Clemson South Carolina Hotels
A Dutch company best known for its restaurants has strengthened its fledgling hotel business with its first acquisition, and now Indigo Road Hospitality Group is the first hotel in the state of South Carolina. The new owners group says the property is not far from the Nantahala National Forest and is only a few hours drive from the city of Greenville and other major tourist destinations. There are plenty of campsites and state parks if you want to take a more rugged approach, but the new owners say the accommodations are "not far" from a state park, national park or even a city park and can be reached by car.
The cabins, most of which have fireplaces and are close to a park or lake, host private parties, and alcohol is not allowed in any of these cabins.
The Inn is located on Walker Golf Course on the Clemson campus and is just a short drive from downtown Clemson. It is located just a few miles from the main campus, which is located in the Upstate of South Carolina.
Built in 1840, the ten rooms of the inn are set in a 4-hectare garden and feature a restaurant. They are equipped with modern amenities such as a swimming pool, spa and pool house. Set on 12 acres of grounds, this 19th-century Victorian mansion features pools, hiking trails, an indoor / outdoor tennis court and a fine restaurant serving casual cuisine, the Willow Room, which opens on Thursdays.
The hotel we selected for this promotion is Emeline's, which opened in July in the heart of the tourist district of Charleston.
The Shepherd Hotel team is confident that the hotel will provide a positive experience for both staff and guests. The selection was inspired by a survey of 1,000 US workers, which asked them about their preferences for the remote control and their desired environment. The survey also found that the majority of workers, about 68 percent, would leave their families at home to work for a vacation. About two-thirds said they thought a productive vacation would improve their work performance. Leisure and business travel are lagging behind, but hotels are marketing themselves to workers who want to leave home and lose their jobs. And more than half want their trips to last two weeks or more, according to a recent survey by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
The deal, which went on sale on Expedia on Monday night, offers a stay for $1,000 a night or $2,500 a week for two nights at the hotel plus $500 hotel credit.
There is a catch, of course: only two of the deals are available, and the rule is "first - come, first serve." Price points vary depending on whether the person is a smoker and whether they are eligible for the subsidy.
The number of insurance claims in South Carolina appears to have declined slightly from last year, but competition among insurers is heating up again. CMS data shows that there were about 99,000 enrolments in the first half of 2017, compared with about 1.5 million in 2016, a drop of more than 1 million from the previous year. The CMS data shows that average premiums for South Carolinians have doubled in the past two years, more so for plans selected between 2013 and 2018. However, over the last two years prices have stabilised as the market has stabilised.
